Concession Volunteer Information
The tennis team is expected to volunteer for concession duty at the various sporting events. In return, the tennis team receives an allocation of the net profit from concession sales.

As discussed at the end of the year tennis meeting, we are going to sell sponsorships. Coach Cook and I have been working with the sign company and have decided to go with 4X8 vinyl signs in royal blue with white print. Anything can be put on the sign…..company logo, family name etc. I have attached an example of our company logo on a sign so you can get an idea of what it would look like (ignore the tennis artwork attachment…I am working from my iPad & could not convert the PDF) I am also attaching another example of one that was done for another company (ignore the color). The sponsorships are $500 each and renewals for the following year are $400. All signs will hang outside court one ….Using the 4X8 banner type signs will allow us to fill up the front sections of our fencing (facing the school and parking lot) and get lots of visibility for the sponsors for our games, matches, and for walk-ups all year for football stadium (football, soccer and track), Field house events (boys and girls basketball, wrestling, volleyball), and softball and baseball complex. Also, everyday parent pick-up and drop-off is adjacent to this location, so it is in many ways one of the faces of the campus. I have not finished with the forms that will need to be filled out but I will send them out in a separate email asap.

If you notice someone that I missed please let me know. Also I only have a few freshman parent emails – If you know of any others please let me know. I have not included marathon sponsors yet – I will send out a separate email to businesses however if you know of any that would be interested please forward email or send it to me and I will.
