FHS 48-Hour Tennis Marathon

The Friendswood High School Tennis Team's biannual fundraiser the 48-Hour Tennis Marathon took place on August 8th, 9th, & 10th. Over the course of two days, our dedicated athletes took on the ultimate endurance challenge — playing tennis nonstop for 48 hours straight! This special event is more than just a display of grit and passion. It’s a fundraiser to directly support our team’s needs over the next two years.

\Raised funds from the marathon help cover:
  • Team uniforms and updated equipment
  • Travel expenses for tournaments and competitions
  • Annual end-of-season banquet
  • Student-athlete scholarships​

4 PM - Kickoff of tennis marathon
4 PM - Friendswood Varsity VS Clear Brook Varsity

Saturday August 9th
All day - Marathon
5 PM - Friendswood Varsity VS Dobie Varsity
